Two months before the 2016 Rio Olympics, 150 prominent scientists from all over the world are urging the World Health Organization to delay or move the games due to the Zika virus outbreak in hard hit Brazil. The call however was immediately rejected by the WHO and by local experts. To discuss more about public health concerns in Brazil, CCTV America’s Rachelle Akuffo interviewed Kathryn Jacobsen, professor of Epidemiology, Department of Global & Community Health at George Mason University.
